Program details

• Grades 4-6 (approximately ages 9-12)
  
• 90 minutes per session, one session per week

What a session looks like

Each session combines structured drills, lots of repetitions, coaching feedback and game-based activities, so athletes practise skills and then apply them in game-like situations.

• Serving, passing, setting and hitting
• Movement and ball control
• Communication and court positioning
• Teamwork and game understanding

• Monday, 6:00–7:30 PM — Louis-Honoré Fréchette Public School

What to bring

• Clean indoor court shoes
