This is competitive girls volleyball training in Markham for players getting ready for school team tryouts, select volleyball and club volleyball, run by Unity Volleyball, a youth volleyball club serving Markham and York Region.

- Grades 7-8 (approximately ages 12-14)
- 12-week Fall 2026 season
- 2 hours per session, one session per week
What a session looks like
Sessions combine focused technical training, repetitions and coaching feedback with game play, helping athletes sharpen their skills and apply them in match situations.
