Who is the Woodbridge Grades 4–6 program for?

This program is designed for beginner and developing athletes in Grades 4–6 who want to build stronger volleyball fundamentals, confidence, teamwork, and game understanding.

Does my athlete need previous volleyball experience?

No. The program welcomes beginner and developing athletes and is built around structured instruction, repetitions, and skill development.

Is there a tryout?

No tryout is required for this Academy program.

Training is designed to help athletes develop stronger and more consistent volleyball habits.

How long is the Fall 2026 program?

The Fall 2026 program includes 12 weeks of volleyball training beginning September 21, 2026.

How long is each training session?

Woodbridge Grades 4–6 sessions are 90 minutes / 1.5 hours.

What is the Early Bird price?

Early Bird registration is $379 for the full 12-week program.

Early Bird pricing is available from August 17 through September 7, 2026.

What is the regular price?

Beginning September 8, 2026, the regular price is $429 for the full 12-week program.

Do I need a discount code for Early Bird registration?

No. The Early Bird price is automatically applied during the Early Bird registration period. No additional coupon code is required.

Where does the Woodbridge Grades 4–6 program train?

Current training options are offered at:

Monday — 6:00–7:30 PM

Woodbridge Sports Dome
Tuesday or Sunday — 6:00–7:30 PM

Can we choose our training day?

Yes. Families can choose from the available Woodbridge Grades 4–6 sessions during registration. Availability may depend on remaining program capacity.

Will my athlete attend the same session each week?

Yes. This program is built around one scheduled weekly session throughout the 12-week Fall program.

What happens during a typical session?

Athletes work through structured instruction, purposeful repetitions, coaching feedback, and game-based activities.

Training focuses on helping athletes improve their skills while also learning positioning, communication, teamwork, and better decision-making on the court.

Will there be game play?

Yes. Athletes have opportunities to apply what they are learning through activities and game play while developing court awareness and teamwork.

Can this program help prepare my athlete for school volleyball?

Yes. The program helps athletes build stronger fundamentals, confidence, and court awareness that can support future school-team opportunities.

What should my athlete bring?

Athletes should bring:

  • Comfortable athletic clothing
  • Clean indoor court shoes
  • Water bottle

Any additional requirements will be included in the registration information.

Can we experience Unity before registering?

Yes. Families can explore available Woodbridge Open Gyms and other introductory opportunities to experience Unity before registering for the full program.
