QUESTIONS BEFORE YOU ARRIVE?

Is the open gym really free?

Yes. There is no charge to attend. Advance registration is required because court space is limited.

Do athletes need previous volleyball experience?

No. Beginners are welcome.

Do athletes need to be current Unity members?

No. The open gyms are available to Unity and non-Unity athletes.

Can athletes bring a friend?

Yes. Friends are welcome, but every athlete must complete a separate registration.

Can athletes attend more than one open gym?

Yes. Athletes may register for multiple available sessions.

Can athletes attend both an open gym and a serving clinic?

Yes. Athletes may register for both opportunities if they meet the grade requirements and space is available.

Will formal coaching be provided?

The open gym is primarily an opportunity to play and experience Unity. Coaches will be present, but only promise formal instruction if Unity confirms it is part of the session.

What serving skills will athletes work on?

The clinic may cover serving mechanics, footwork, toss consistency, contact, control, placement, power, and confidence. Only list the skills confirmed for the specific session.

How many repetitions will athletes receive?

The clinic is designed to provide focused serving practice and practical feedback. Add a specific number only after Unity confirms it.

Is the clinic only for current Unity athletes?
