Who is the Woodbridge Grades 7–8 program for?
This program is designed for developing athletes in Grades 7–8 who want to strengthen their volleyball skills, improve confidence, and build a better understanding of the game.
Does my athlete need previous volleyball experience?
The program is designed for developing athletes who are ready for more structured training.
Athletes do not need to already be club or REP players to participate.
Is there a tryout?
No tryout is required for this Academy program.
What skills will athletes work on?
Athletes will work on:
- Serving
- Passing
- Setting
- Hitting

- Ball control
- Court positioning

- Teamwork
- Decision-making

Training is designed to help athletes become more consistent and confident on the court.
How long is the Fall 2026 program?
The Fall 2026 program includes 12 weeks of volleyball training beginning September 21, 2026.
How long is each training session?
Woodbridge Grades 7–8 sessions are 2 hours long.
What is the Early Bird price?
Early Bird registration is $499 for the full 12-week program.
Early Bird pricing is available from August 17 through September 7, 2026.
What is the regular price?
Beginning September 8, 2026, the regular price is $549 for the full 12-week program.
Do I need a discount code for Early Bird pricing?
No. The Early Bird price is applied automatically during the Early Bird registration period. No additional coupon code is required.

Can we choose our training day?
Yes. Families can choose from the available Woodbridge Grades 7–8 sessions during registration. Availability may depend on remaining program capacity.
Will my athlete attend the same session each week?
Yes. Families choose one scheduled weekly session for the 12-week Fall program.
What happens during a typical session?
Training combines technical development, purposeful repetitions, coaching feedback, and game-based activities.
Athletes work on improving their consistency while developing stronger court awareness, communication, positioning, and decision-making.
Will there be game-based training?
Yes. Athletes will have opportunities to apply their skills in game-like situations while improving teamwork, communication, positioning, and game understanding.
Will athletes work on serving?
Yes. Serving development is part of the program, with athletes working on technique, consistency, control, placement, and confidence behind the service line.
Can this program help prepare my athlete for school volleyball?
Yes. The program helps athletes build stronger technical skills, confidence, teamwork, and game understanding that can support preparation for school volleyball.
Can this program help prepare for Development or REP volleyball?
Yes. The Grades 7–8 program can help athletes build a stronger foundation before exploring future Development, club, or REP opportunities.
Is this program only for athletes who want to play REP?
No. Athletes may join because they want to improve their skills, get more training, prepare for school volleyball, gain confidence, or explore more competitive opportunities in the future.
What should my athlete bring?
Athletes should bring:
- Clean indoor court shoes
- Comfortable athletic clothing
- Water bottle
