Is previous volleyball experience required?

No. This program is designed for athletes who are new to volleyball or beginning to learn the fundamentals.

Is there a tryout?

No tryout is required for the Grades 1–3 Academy program.

Athletes participate in movement activities, volleyball skill instruction, teamwork exercises, and age-appropriate game play.

What should athletes bring?
