Unity Volleyball’s Grades 4–6 program gives young athletes a positive place to learn, improve, and get more meaningful time on the court.
Whether your athlete is newer to volleyball or already has some experience, the focus is on building strong fundamentals, confidence, teamwork, and game understanding.

Who is this program for?
This program is designed for athletes in Grades 4–6 who want to learn volleyball, improve their skills, and get more court time.
Does my athlete need previous volleyball experience?
No. Beginner and experienced athletes are welcome.
What skills will athletes work on?
Training focuses on serving, passing, setting, attacking, movement, defense, communication, teamwork, and game understanding.
What if my athlete is completely new to volleyball?
That is completely fine. The program gives athletes a structured place to learn the fundamentals and build confidence.
What if my athlete already has experience?
The program also gives experienced athletes more repetitions and opportunities to continue improving their skills.
Can this help prepare my athlete for future competitive opportunities?
Yes. Grades 4–6 Development can be part of an athlete’s pathway toward more training and future competitive opportunities.
