THREE COMPETITIVE FOUNDATIONS
Strengthen passing, setting, hitting, movement, and ball control.
Improve serving technique, placement, control, and confidence.
Develop positioning, communication, court awareness, and decision-making.

This program is designed for athletes in Grades 7–8 who want to strengthen their volleyball skills, build confidence, improve game understanding, and continue developing for future school or competitive volleyball opportunities.
No advanced club experience is required.
The program is a good fit for developing athletes who are ready for structured training, focused repetitions, and opportunities to apply their skills during play.
No tryout is required for this Academy program.

The Fall 2026 program includes 12 instructional weeks and begins September 21, 2026.
Thornhill Grades 7–8 sessions are 90 minutes / 1.5 hours.
Early Bird registration is $379 for the full 12-week program.
Early Bird pricing is available through September 7, 2026.
Beginning September 8, 2026, the regular price is $429 for the full 12-week program.

Yes. Families can choose from the available Monday or Tuesday sessions during registration, subject to availability.
Yes. Families select one scheduled weekly session for the 12-week Fall program.
Athletes work through structured skill development, purposeful repetitions, coaching feedback, and game-based activities designed to improve both technique and overall understanding of volleyball.
Yes. Athletes will have opportunities to apply their skills in game-like situations while developing communication, positioning, teamwork, and decision-making.
Yes. Serving is an important part of training. Athletes work on technique, consistency, control, placement, and confidence behind the service line.
Yes. The program develops technical skills, court awareness, teamwork, communication, and confidence that can support athletes preparing for school volleyball.
The program can help athletes build a stronger technical and game foundation before exploring future Development or REP opportunities.
No. Athletes may join to improve their skills, gain confidence, prepare for school volleyball, get more training, or explore more competitive opportunities in the future.
