Your athlete does not need club experience or advanced skills to join.
Unity’s Grades 4–6 Development program gives athletes a structured environment where they can learn the fundamentals, understand the game, and build confidence at their own pace.

If your athlete already has volleyball experience, this program gives them more opportunities to sharpen their skills and continue improving.
More repetitions help athletes become more consistent, more confident, and more comfortable applying their skills in game situations.

Who is this program for?
This program is designed for athletes in Grades 4–6 who want to learn volleyball, strengthen their fundamentals, and get more court time.
Does my athlete need previous volleyball experience?
No. Beginner and experienced athletes are welcome.
What skills will athletes work on?
Training focuses on serving, passing, setting, attacking, movement, defense, communication, teamwork, and game understanding.
What if my athlete is completely new to volleyball?
That is completely fine. Coaches will help athletes learn the fundamentals and become more comfortable on the court.
What if my athlete already plays volleyball?
The program gives experienced athletes more repetitions and opportunities to continue developing their skills and consistency.
Is this program only focused on drills?
No. Training can include skill work, movement, competition, and game-based learning to help athletes apply what they are learning.
Can my athlete continue with Unity after Grades 4–6?
Yes. As athletes progress, they may continue into Grades 7–8 Development and other Unity training or competitive opportunities.
What should my athlete bring?
Comfortable athletic clothing, proper indoor athletic shoes, and a water bottle.
