1. Who coaches the sessions?
All sessions are led by Unity’s experienced and supportive coaching team, trained to work with younger athletes in a fun, safe, and engaging environment.
2. How long is each session?
Each session is 120 minutes, combining skill-focused drills with structured gameplay.
3. What skills will my child work on?
Athletes will develop essential volleyball skills including:
Passing
Serving
Setting
Movement and footwork
They’ll also gain experience in game situations to apply what they’ve learned.
4. What do I need to bring?
Please bring:
Indoor, non-marking court shoes
Athletic clothing suitable for movement
At least one filled water bottle
5. When should I arrive?
We recommend arriving 15 minutes before the start time so athletes are ready to warm up promptly.
6. Are parents allowed to watch?
Yes, parents are welcome to stay and watch. Please note that during wet or snowy weather, shoes must be wiped before entering the gym to keep the floors safe and clean.
7. How far in advance should I register?
We recommend registering early as spots are limited and tend to fill quickly. Some sessions may have waitlists if full.
8. What is the refund policy?
Refunds are subject to Unity Volleyball’s standard refund policy. Please refer to our Refund Policy page or contact our admin team for details.
9. Can my child move up to the SR (Grades 6–8) program?
Yes, if our coaches feel your child has developed the necessary skills and confidence, they may recommend moving to the SR program in a future season..
